At Bennington VBC, our primary goal is to develop volleyball players of all ages and abilities as a whole in our area. We believe that with the right attitude and ambition anything is possible. Our mission is to develop both the player's skills and values. We want to develop “team oriented” players that play with the RIGHT WAY philosophy!! That means the right skills, the right attitude and the player possessing the right “team” concept. Success is not just the development of skill but the development of becoming a good person (on and off the court). We want the players to learn how to play the sport properly, with dignity and class. We strive to promote an environment of positive reinforcement and focusing on working as a team while improving the individual player themselves. We encourage each player to be active in other sports outside of volleyball. This is why we created a program that is only 1 practice a week and only lasts from December till March.
